We offer houses, townhouses, apartments, duplexes and commercial office space for lease/rent in the Tri-Cities.
Viewing Properties: 9:00AM-3:30PM Monday - Thursday and 9:00AM-11:00AM on Fridays
1. Key deposits-Provide $20 cash for deposit at our office with a copy of your driver's license and phone number and you may view the property for 1 hour. The copy of your driver's license will be held until the property is rented and then shreded.
2. By Appointment- Some properties may be occupied and we will be glad to set an appointment for you to view that property Monday-Thursday from 10AM-4PM.
Application Process:
We require a $20.00 application fee per adult applicant. Each adult living in the household must be on the application and lease. When applying for a property, you must also pay your security deposit at the time of application. Security deposits are usually the same amount as the rent. Application fees may be paid in cash or money order and security deposits must be in the form of a separate money order. We do not accept cash or checks security deposits. If your application is denied, your security deposit will be refunded.
Once you apply for a property, the property is reserved for you until your application is approved. If you withdraw your application or inhibit the processing of your application, your security deposit will be applied to financial damages up to one month's rent. Please call for more details.
Leases:
One year leases required unless otherwise noted. Leases less than 1 year may be offered on some properties at the approval of the property owner.
For 6 Month Leases, the rent increases by $50.00/month.
For Month to Month leases, the rent increases by $100.00/month.
