We offer houses, townhouses, apartments, duplexes and commercial office space for lease/rent in the Tri-Cities.
Viewing Properties: 9:00AM-3:30PM
1. Key deposits-Provide $20 cash for deposit at our office with a copy of your driver's license and phone number and you may view the property for 1 hour.
2. By Appointment- Some properties may be occupied and we will be glad to set an appointment for you to view the property.
Application Process:
We require a $20.00 application fee per adult applicant. Each adult living in the household must be on the application and lease. When applying for a property, you must also pay your security deposit at the time of application. Security deposits are usually the same amount as the rent. Application fees and security deposits must be in the form of separate money orders. We do not accept cash or checks for application fees or security deposits. If your application is denied, your security deposit will be refunded.
Leases:
We request 2-year leases. Leases less than 1 year may be offered on some properties at the approval of the property owner.
For 6 Month Leases, the rent increases by $50.00/month.
For Month to Month leases, the rent increases by $100.00/month.
